Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using PriceMyWork in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About PriceMyWork

PriceMyWork is a pricing intelligence tool for creative professionals operated by PriceMyWork, Inc. Our platform helps makers, artists, designers, and creative freelancers calculate, audit, and benchmark their pricing. Contact us at hello@pricemywork.com.

2. Not financial or business advice

PriceMyWork provides pricing guidance for informational purposes only. Nothing produced by PriceMyWork constitutes financial, legal, or business advice. Market rate data is aggregated from public sources and user-reported figures and may not reflect current conditions in your specific market. Actual rates vary significantly by location, experience, niche, and client type. All pricing decisions are yours alone — PriceMyWork is a tool to inform those decisions, not make them.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PriceMyWork. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@pricemywork.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscription plans and billing

PriceMyWork offers three tiers: Starter (free), Maker ($12/month), and Studio ($29/month). Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. PriceMyWork does not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use PriceMyWork only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, scrape or extract data at scale, resell access, or use the service to facilitate fraud or misrepresentation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Your content and data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into PriceMyWork. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use your specific pricing data to train AI models. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used to improve market rate benchmarks. You may delete your account and associated data at any time.

8. Intellectual property

PriceMyWork and its original content, features, and design are owned by PriceMyWork, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written consent. Price calculations and reports you generate are yours to use freely.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

PriceMyWork is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of market rate data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PriceMyWork, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its pricing guidance. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the prior twelve months.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, on an individual (not class-action) basis.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
